The concept of Friends is to win the guests as friends and to keep them. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and tries to help you in every possible situation. This hotel is highly recommended. Opposite the hotel on the other side of the square is the Bus stop of the Ryanair shuttle to and from Dusseldorf Niederrhine airport.
